Choose Create your company to register your organization. HOWSEY then creates your company's own workspace with its own dedicated URL.

Yes. You can keep structured records of your buildings and their individual units, and organize them as your portfolio grows.

Staff register through your company's own workspace link and are given access based on their responsibilities.

Tenants register through the same company workspace using its tenant registration link. Tenants join an existing organization's workspace — they do not create a separate management company.

Yes. HOWSEY keeps rent obligations, payment records and outstanding balances organized in one place. HOWSEY maintains payment records; it does not itself process card or bank payments on your behalf.

Access is restricted by role, and each company's records are kept within its own workspace. As with any online system, we do not claim absolute security.
